They don't take American Express!!!

Plus they act like you need them and don't want your money...I am very dissapointed that MTM would allow such behavoir from their only US distributor. Glad I went with O.CT

Avus, I had dealings with Hoppen since 92 - 11 years and 4 cars later I do not remember the attitude you described but, anything is possible.
and as far as AMEX goes there is number of companies in NA not accepting it - cost is too high for small business.

Griffin Motorwerkes in Berkeley, CA also handles MTM in North America. Their website isn't up properly, but I've been to their shop and they have all kinds of stuff for your Audi.

I can't say I remember how I was treated there, but they do take AMEX, and my S4 left much faster than when I started.
