Noticed a slight leak in one of my lower intercooler hoses. Checked the Audi price and it was $130 for each lower intercooler hose so at those prices the 6 piece Silicone Venair hose kit is a steal at $303us delivered. I just ordered them in black although they offer black, red, blue, & yellow for the same price. Highly recommended since Audi is ripping us off at $130 for a hose that should be about $15~$20 for most other cars.

mgh, that's where I bought my yellow hoses, but they were on sale for $99! I was looking for replacemnet vac hoses when I saw the price change on the hoses.

Ordered them 5 days ago- Went with the blue.

I'm sure our new models are much better than the $99 items they cleared out of the back rat room. Ooooff- j/k Snoopra- good buy! :deal:

Yea Snoopra, great buy. I wish I would have seen them at the price I would have bought a couple of sets. Have you installed them yet? The lower intercooler hoses don't look too bad for the install but the uppers look a little difficult to get at.
Have you swapped out your front suspension arms yet? I just received my new 034 Monoball bushings on Thursday and I'm looking forward to getting them in the car as my lowers are shot. Check your upper rear arm, that is the one that was bad on my car for the uppers.

The motor and tranny are both out at the dealer. I've dropped shipped the hoses to the dealer and they are going to install as they put the motor/tranny back in.:mech:

I swapped the hoses out when I did the caliper paint project. Can't remember everything, but I do recall removing the wiring harnesses and power steering res. cover over the driver side upper hose. I also removed the lower turbo connecting pipes (L/R) for an easier removal/install.

Time to gut the upper cats in the downpipes or new downpipes all together?? Since the engine and tranny are out of the car.

No affiliation with either. Just a quick web search came up with those two links.

I'm going to give them a call. Just my luck, I order the hoses and 3 days later they lower the price.

Just for reference, Hoppen Motorsports sells the Venair kit for $189 shipped. http://www.hoppenmotorsport.com/Audi.RS6.Tuning.htm
I should pick up a set of these. My hoses are fine, but the last time I changed my oil I noticed one of my clamps is going to hell. I might as well do it all at once. Hahnmgh63, tell me more about the monoball bushings.

Here is a link to the bushings. I don't know anyone else that has done this yet on the RS6 so I guess I'll be first although I love my monoball bushings on my 911.
