Is there a way, other than by sound..., to determine what exhaust is actually on the car?
ETA - just searched - it looks like the regular exhaust has chrome tips and the enhanced exhaust has dark tips.
Correct? Any other way?

nope, more reds. I know of 3 in Chicago (one of them in excellent shape is for sale now too), the one in the ad here, and a lady in the south has one, and another one i have seen in Florida and seen a few go through Riverside on ebaymotors...so there is more just not sure how many more.
