the tt-rs sounds very nice, but the video is very bad! They had the window open, so you hear a loud of windnoise....

That is a 250 Km/h limited one.
A 280 Km/u limited one does about 294 Km/h on the clock.

I can confirm that.
I had my TT RS which is limited to 250 Kmh to 276 on several occasions during my 2000 Km trip through Germany.
