Sorry about the bold headline, but I bumped into a deal on one set of tires.
I just dropped the RS6 at the dealer and there sitting in the corner are 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 255 45 ZR18 99Y tires with a price of $500. They told me they came on a new car and the customer wanted All Season tires so they were removed (understandable here in Madison, Wisconsin). The tires have between 30 and 50 miles on them. They don't fit the RS6 or my 911 so I'll pass, but maybe one of you all could use them. I can take photos and help however you need. You can call the dealer directly; PM me for their number.
Tirerack shows them for $254 each, $1016 total before shipping and tax, so $500 is less than half-price. Burnouts just got more affordable for someone! :burnout:
