2004 Audi S4 Quattro vs 2004 350z

Alright so as you all know, the s4 is a 6spmt 4.2L V8 and comes with 340 or so stock hp.

Now my question is, What can you do to this beast to make the most out of it if Money is no issue?

My brother has a 2004 350z(6smt 3.5 V6 with about 287 hp) 2 with nismo exhaust and cold air intake and is planning on getting a greddy TT and swaping the VQ for a 2jz.

he says after hes finished with his Z the audi will never be able to keep up. Opinions? Suggestions?

To my knowledge the only reliable thing you can do with the 2004 S4 is engine conversion with supercharger for an additional 100hp. If you want to an S4 with virtually no limit, you should look at the 2000-2002 B5 S4 with the 2.7T engine.

Wouldn't make any difference if the S4 could keep up, it's class.
