Where to look?: Airflow too low, Bank 1 & 2 System too rich

Hello,

I have 03 RS6
Changed air filter, changed all small Vacuum lines,
still have those codes

p1423: Airflow too low
p1127: Bank 1 & 2 System too rich

where else to look?

What about your temp sensors? I'm wondering if the car thinks its cold and adding too much cold start enrichment? This would probably throw a temp related code, it did on my daughters A4 but the temp (combination) sensors on pretty much all Audi's have a reputation for not lasting all that long.
