It might sound silly but its time for MORE POWER!! :hahahehe: So ive decided its time to start with the aftermarket upgrades, and what better to start with then the exhaust....
From what i can gather the factory ones are very restricted and there's alot to be gained by freeing them up.
Any suggestions on brands and types that people have used before??
Miltek??

Iv got a price quote for a miltek system that includes:
-LH and RH centre section assembly, LH and RH rear silencer assembly, rear tip assemblies and brace bar

For $3000 NZ Dollars or about $1700 US dollars
Is that a good deal? or should i be looking at getting something else? maybe even shipped over from Grizz?

Any help will be much appreciated
Cheers

Add high flow cats or straight through downpipes for an extra 25-30bhp.
Custom remap, Milltek and downpipes should net you 520+ bhp.

ITG Air Filters
Phaeton Brake Ducts
Get the Milltek CATs at the same time, I'm sure you won't look back ;)

That'll keep you entertained for a while.

Khello was that NZ$3,000 quote from autopassion in Chch, and was it for non-res? I was going to get a quote from them as my C5 has an AMD reflash to 507 but still sounds a little tame with the stock pipes...

+1 on buying any parts from Grizz.

He has been helping this forum for years and has the experience we all respect. Prices are good and he ships overseas.

Support those that help the cause. +1

You may want to consider Billy Boat Exhausts. I have a setup on my ZR1 (1993) and the sound and performance are noticable. http://www.bbexhaust.com/car/rs6/

I have not found a RS6 exhaust clip yet.

Here is a S5 clip.

I must say in this clip the stock S5 exhaust sounds similar to the RS6.

:harass: Yeah, you when your wife finds out.

Give me a few months to figure out how to cash in on Cap and Trade.

The "master plan" by big gov is to somehow socialize the energy trade. In order to reach that goal the big gov will need to crash the entire energy sector. Give them 2 to 3 years and the "sky will be falling on oil, gas and coal." Knowing that fact....how do you position for the upside? That is the question.

There will be millions for the taking.
