I have installed LaBree downpipes and Milltek exhaust, no cats. Can anyone tell me how to clear the O2 codes associated with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Here are the codes from the vagcom...

You need to space your rear 02 sensors out of the exhaust flow to fool them into thinking there is a cat in front of them.

They are spaced pretty far apart already, had to lengthen the O2 wires. But I will look into it. I may just put the high flow cats in.
Thanks for the help. By the way how do you like your KW V3s? Do they eliminate the clunking sounds? How about the valving, and were you able to use a 750lb spring weight

it's not how far apart the O2 sensors are from EACH OTHER. It's how far out from the exhaust you can get it.

I bought a spacer after milltek race cat caused same problem. 2 years ago, never came back on.

had same issue with NSX.. this time i bought 4 "anti fouler" plugs from autozone/checker, drilled out the center enough to accomodate the O2 sensor, then put it together (2 per side spacing out sensor about 1 inch from outside edge of exhaust. no probs or cel's since then.

Do you have cats ????? If they are totaly removed you need to get your ecu remaped with a decat.

hey sikaudi, cats out are no problem - done it on a car here in south africa - the first 2 faults are telling you the cats are out - they wont turn the MIL light on.
the next 4 faults are to do with mixtures. what the MAF's are metering going in, and what the lambdas are picking up as burnt arent measuring up - so you get the lean and rich discrepancies...
you need to check for vacuum leaks on ALL the pipes, the seals where MAF's seal in intake tubes, and seals where MAFs seal into airbox... (do yourself a favour and just replace)
then do a fuel pressure check (maybe replace fuel filter?)
