I could have swore there is a way to remove the dowp pipes without removing the engine, any able to elaborate? I want to hear my turbos spool! :mech:

It's about ~9 hrs just to replace the downpipes if you know what you're doing. If you're looking for a write-up, I'm sure somebody could give you the steps, if not pix also (maybe Grizz or 10secS4?). I think Marc (10secS4) gutted his existing DPs. Sounds like you've got a little project in the works...?

If your lucky and the studs are not stripped. Others have lowered the back of the engine and gotten them out without removing the engine.

I just bought a milltek exhaust, and want to gut the DP's to go with. I'm planning on going revo this summer along with a water meth injection, possibly upgrade intercooler cores to a more efficient set.

I would love to get my hood vented as well, but cringe over finding a shop to do it, and do it well.
