My letter has 800-253-2834 as the contact number. Probably drops you in the same place.

800-822-2834 is directly to the RS6 Advocates.

My advocate # was 866-892-2834.
I think anything ending with 2834 will end up at AoA. LOL

Yes Dab forget the 800 number you want to call the 866 number SAF put up. ask to speak to Dewayne Estas. He was my advocate. The 800 number it just one more customer service level you dont need.

866 number is what i just called and got Dewayne today. Other number is the main consumer advocate number.

...just off the phone with Andrew at AoA to register my newly acquired RS6 with them (thanks for the above 866 number)! The first thing out of his mouth was the DRC issue. I hope they fix yours as quickly as they now admit to it!

They tend to cut through some of the BS that one sometimes encounters at the local dealer.
