I was wondering why some C5 RS6s coming with Automatic folding Mirrors!! I thought that option is not available at this model, but I've seen some coming with this option. Is there anyone can confirm that is true? Anyone got this option? How can I change my mirrors to be automatic/ electric folding mirrrors? what do I need to retro fit this option?

I thought all RS 6 came with this option. To fold mirrors, turn the mirror adjustment knob completely backwards (turn left or right and all the way to face the rear). You should see a little mirror symbol with an arrow at the back of the switch.

Mine has this as well.

Flip the switch 180 degrees from the top "Neutral" position and both mirrors will fold in towards to the car. I use mine all the time when I park in the garage to keep my kids from hitting them.

No, I don't have it,, I tried that but it does not go 180 degree,, Just left right and center. I will try again tomorrow and will check with the dealer about this.

Ignore circled info. and note knob position for folding mirrors.

edit: Now I notice an * there. Let me see what it says about that...

I have this option. It was an option on UK cars,

Automatic dipping and folding door mirrors, photochromatic dipping for reduced glare from following vehicles
£ 240.00

So that make sense,, since we have in middle east almost same eurpoean specs,, I think it was an optional to have it. Now, is there any way to retrofit this mirrors? Is all what I need (2x Automatic folding mirrors, the knob which have the 180 180 degree)??

Might be wired differently as well with extra function.
