Hey guys, I need to change out of my winter snow tires on the RS4 so I'm looking for summer rubber. I know that some of you have gone to a 275/30/19 but that may be a little beefier than I want.

Has any one tried 265/35/19? They are a smidgen taller than stock... but they are under a 2% diameter change. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

They are bigger then stock and 275 are smaller then stock.

Sorry but I don't understand what you are telling me. My 2007 RS4 stock tires are 255/35/19. When you say "bigger" do you mean taller? I would like to go with a slightly wider tire than stock. I do understand that the diameter of the 265/35 is "bigger" (taller) than stock.

Right and the 275/30 is smaller.

I've been running 275/30/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R for the past 2 summers and have had no problems.

I intend on running 275/35 ZR19 shortly - these should actually make the speedo more accurate - because on the standard 255/35 19s, the speedo is WAAAAAAYYYYYY out. Anyone gone down this route?

And anyone tried the new Michelin Pilot Sport 3s on the RS4 - or any Torsen quattro Audi? Fitted them on SWMBOs Mk5 GTI, and they are a noticeable improvement over the PS2s. :dig:
