I dont have the official AoA mileage sheets in front of me but here are some general points.

1. Oil change every 10,000 miles. $200
2. Brake fluid flush every 2 years. $varies
3. Air filter every 15,000 miles(my own time) $40
4. Timing belt at 35 and 75k. $varies
5. Spark plugs every 20,000 miles(my own time). Book says 15,35 ect

So, assuming the Timing belt was done at 35. Your due for Oil and maybe a brake fluid flush if time has expired.

There is a 50K maint for the RS6. I'm not aware of a 45K. 35K is the big one @ approx $3,000. You are good until about 60K before you spend big $$ again.

I thought maintenance for the RS6 was "every 10 on the 5's", 25,35,45,55 etc.

It is.
35K is the "big one" - $2500+
45K is oil/filter - $169
55K is spark plugs, oil, and a bunch of filters - $700-$800

btw - does anyone else think plugs every 20K miles is ridiculous?
