The C6 RS6 is not available in the US.
Apparently they are skipping the C6 RS6 for the US and bringing the C7 RS6 in 2012 which will go back to a Twin Turbo V8.

I'm not aware of other countries that have restricted C6 RS6 imports. Canada maybe?
