I'm still confused about what to think about allt this. Is it bad ord good? Can this be of help for both parts? :vhmmm:

it's not good in any way for VW. you don't need that kind of share ownership to secure platform sharing and development sharing, these things can be done reasonably well without outright ownership- simply by signing agreements. if porsche has gone to the immense trouble of borrowing 10 BILLION bucks it means to do much more than that- it means to erase any kind of competition of VW products by voting out anything that is not in porsche's best interest- such as an R8 competitor and controlling rights to its own DSG and precluding its inclusion in cars like the R8 or TTRS.

i hope saxony can delay this as long as possible so that audi can continue with development of cars that porsche will have a harder time of cancelling if they are too far down the pipeline to cancel once they have full control- the most important of these being the R8 successor- at whatever stage it may be right now.
