Which Michelin PS2? [Archive] - RS6.com

Ok. There are now 2 different PS2's to choose from. One is the stock tire but they now have a second choice for BMW/ .. Both 255/40/zr18 at 99y XL load rating.
The specs are identical.. So which is better for us? And whats the difference?
Inquiring minds want to know... :burnout:

Seems like the only difference is hundreths of an inch in overall dia and in section width, with the larger being designated as original equipment on BMW. Don't think it matters, since they both come up for RS6s.

I think the difference is one has the inner rim protector lip removed for clearance of suspension on RS 6.
