Hi, Finally I decided to go for 19" MTM bimoto wheels in 9.5J x 19. I think I will get 275/30 R19 tyers with these wheels. Any suggestions on tyers (PS2, P-Zerro, Continentals...etc)??? how does the tire fit in the fenders? Are there any rubbing issues with the fenders or control arms? What is the correct wheel offset for 275 series tires? Do I need a spacers for this size of tyers 275/30 R19???

PS2, it seems like everybody is PS2. @275, you may need some spacers.

I heard that there is a specific model in PS2 specially for RS6 as it won't touch the control arm,, is that ture? and about the 275 tyers,, do I really need spacers?? the wheels is 9.5 ET30,, what about 265?? still need a spacers also?

This is a big purchase. I would contact MTM directly for fitment.

MTM dealer here is sucks,, they does not have that experience to give such advice. I started to feel like 275 tyers will cause a lot of problems ,,, is there anyone running on these tyers now can advice!!

If I decide to go on 255/35/19 XL ,, Can I go for any brand (Prelli, PS2, Continental) or some will casue a problems with control arms??

Then call MTM in Europe.

Mr Balsen is on this forum. PM him.

You have added 1 inch of width. 8.5 to 9.5 while keeping the backspace the same. Add that with wider tires and its a close call.

I dont think they will fit. But, I have not run the specifics. Its just a gut feeling.

i have fit 265/30/19 on the front with no problem, and now have a 285/25/20 on the back, and it barely fits, but with a 275 on the back you should be ok, might need a spacer... on the front you should be fine if your car isnt lowered. my car is dropped 2"

First I don't think that is good configuration as a Quattro AWD car you must have all wheels same size exactly.

Ok, I got the 19"x9.5 MTM wheels today and I fit them with 275/30/19 XL PS2 and my impression is WOOOOOOOW. The car looks amazinggggg and ride is wonderfullll. No spacers needed.

Will try to post some photos soon :)

Thanks Grizz for the advice :0:

if you used a tire size calulator you would find that a 285/25/20 tire is 1% different in overall diameter from a 245/30/20. so quattro doesnt notice a difference

ya, as long as you stay within 5%, it's all good. I think nene was running 285 for a while. I love how it looks but I think that's really a bit _too_ wide.

ya i might go with a 275/30 instead... give me a bit more tire in case of a pothole... on a 25 profile theres NO protection for the rim

lol, man, even on a 30 there ain't a whole lotta protection ;)

Im runing 275/30/19 on 19x9 wheels with ET29 I rub on the liner in the front but that just because my car is low i dont think you will have a problem on stock hight. I rolled my fenders . I know its not rs6 but same fender size.

Hey!!!

Well, if you want the same exact overall diameter then you would stick with 255/35 on the 19's if you choose 275/30 then you'll be off a bit. 2.1% When your speedo reads 60 you'll actually be traveling 58.8mph, I agree about the Quattro that all 4 corners are suppose to be the same overall diameter. MTM sells 10mm & I think 20MM for about 150 bucks for the whole set & longer bolts. But you should call for exact info. I didn't yet. I was going to go with 275/30's all around. PS2's they're such a great tire. I had them on all my Bimmers.

Good choise to go for the MTM's!

I've put also 275/30 R19 under the Audi S6 C6 Avant with 19" MTM bimoto wheels.

The best tyers are imo the Continentals Sport Contact 3, best price/quality.

Here some pictures
