The hybrid will be introduced with the 2 generation Cayenne & Touareg.

As the system is very similar (if not the same) as on the Touareg, i doubt the capabilty of getting the Cayenne to 86 Mph / 138 Kmh on pure electrical power. VW states for the Touareg Hybrid a pure electrified drive up to 50 Kmh (80 Kmh downhill).

Other than that, a very promising combo - look forward to seeing a similar setup in an Audi soon. :hahahehe:
