It's reminds me of Nogaro Blue, but with more life/sparkle.

I saw the car in person. These pictures make the color look darker than it is. It actually looks better than this.

Those are two different Volvo colors because it is two different model years of the V70R - the top one is the 2003/2004 R and the bottom is the 1999 R. The bottom blue is called 'Electric Blue' and was offered that year only, and only on that car. It was preceded by Metallic Saffron which was for the 1998 V70R and the C70 only. The 2003/4 V70r's blue is not as hi-intensity as the 1999 Electric Blue, nor is Sprint blue, I think.

The top Volvo picture is actually just the concept car ;)
Actually inspired by a private person who painted his V70 like that for a show. But Volvo didn't dare (afford) to make it two-colored.
