But I miss the wide arches from the B7 RS4. Otherwise a nice rendering.

Who believes there will ever be a B8 RS4? usually it's one out of 2, so there has been a B5, B7 and I think the next one will be the B9, not the B8 :)

Nothing had dropped out from the row, but at the facelift of the B6 A4 (when RS4 arrived) the car got a new code to be easier to make difference between them-B7. So B6 and B7 are the same cars, just like prefacelift and facelifted A6. They could changed the product code of A6 as well with moving it to C7 if they wanted to-in this case we would call current RS6 the 'C7'.
So there will be B8 RS4 and RS5 as well-with the same engine, i'm pretty sure of this.
