Kid gets caught street racing.
Cop lets him off with a ticket for driving too slowly.
Kid posts on local message board asking if he can fight it, says he was at races blah blah.
Kid doesnt realize said cop oversees the "ask a cop" forum he posted it on.
Cop chimes in on thread.
