It's switzerland.... and it definitely looks like they lorry cleaning the snow off the road... but hell that is expensive!

A Volvo dealership I worked with several years ago was located directly off a major interstate. The exit ramp was a sharp right then left... needless to say , a little rain, a little speed, and any semi that was not paying attention would end up taking out the front line of cars.
Any inventory that had been there over 60 days was usually moved the front line and the sales manager hoped for rain... LOL
