Brilliant Red solid... Just-with high beam artifical lights it could look too bright indeed...

The R8 V10 is a GREAT car, but that's a ridiculous ugly front grill mesh, and stupid, silly bling bling wheels. Wish they would also quit with the metal gated shift plate on the manual tranny. Other than that its a super super car!
PS... And I'm sure that many of the better after market wheel vendors are loving Audi's choice of wheels for the R8's V10.

They should offer a grille without the cross member for countries like the US which don't need a front plate. It would help the looks.

In UK standard 5 spoke wheels are available as an option as polished gloss finish or titanium finish. The V10 front grill has fewer "compartments" than the V8. It doesn't look too bad when it has a front plate (see the picture in the Audi UK V10 spec catalogue), but I agree that it looks a bit weird without one. Car front/rear plates are a legal requirement in just about every country I can think off, except USA.


Kreso: Do you know if the dashboard DIS is red only or multi-coloured as per current A4 ??

DIS is white as is on all R8s from MY09.
