A friend of mine translated it;
"According to new info Audi is busy developing a new HDZ 4.2 V8 FSI engine based on the Gallardo blabla engine. The new 4.2 V8 FSI will be a high performance engine delivering 450 horsepower blabla
The new HDZ 4.2 V8 FSI engine will be used for the next generation audi RS4, RS5 and R8 where it will replace the 420 horsepower V8 FSI version. Weight wise the HDZ V8 will not weigh much more than the 3.0TFSI V6 engine"
(he didnt understand shit from the car technical talk so he put blabla instead)

The article says high revving, not high performance.
revolutions per minute = toeren per minuut
high revving = hoog toerige
