Heated Seats

This question is probably for the cold weather guys.

As it starts to get cold here in Minneapolis, I have been using my seat heater everytime I drive. What has been bothering me is that it takes at least 15 minutes to warm up. By that time I am already at or near my destination (I work and live near or in the city). Is this the case with everyone or do I need to make a warranty claim?

Should warm up faster than that. Mine did something similar a few years ago. turns out there was a short in the wiring under the drivers seat affecting both front seat heaters. They fixed it under warranty but it took them a bit to find it.
