No it's not possible because on the spot where the new sport diff need to be you find the Haldex.

My understanding of Haldex-AWD is that it already has a rear electronic LSD so in effect it should perform a bit like Quattro3.

If you want it just chick on it which will direct you to me and then right click and save to your computer. Once you have done this just go to your UserCP and click on the 'Edit Avatar' and browse from 'images from your computer'.
