looks like english license plates. but why are there white and yellow plates? perhaps season-plates (dunno the vocab for it, here in germany u pay lower insurance-premium if u drive a car only in summer for example).

but the cars are crazy.... imagine the amount of cash u need to pay this. if the guy who bought it, payed, lets say 2 million for all his cars with tuning etc.....than he has to earn much much more, cuz its just the spending money....
