I think he is the first in Germany with Full-LED's...
He had Xenon and bought now Full-LED's

Hmm... There are about 10 Press R8s with full LEDs that are build in April and May 2008. There are few with full LEDs already on mobile.de, so...

any video to see on comparison how better is full led headlights vs stock ones?

In next issue of Autobild will be a comparison test of different light systems. Amoung others-comparison between R8 Bixenons and LEDs. Video will follow on autobild.de next week...
