as i know from"my friend" that it only happen for the early production line and everything start from June should be fine.....:vhmmm:

Looks like all the teeth on 1st gear are gone again. Other cogs intact. How could that possibly have happened I wonder?

Nissan expect the gearbox to fail.
The first gear will shear the teeth off if you use launch control to much.
If you look in the owner's manual, there is a section that you list the actual replacement of each transmission along with the mileage, serial #, and date of replacement. They expect you to replace the transmission (Nissan). Personally, that throws a red flag of a possible bad product to begin with.

Yep it is, and they are making owners sign a paper saying if they turn VDC off that it will void their warranty if it breaks. And you need VDC off to get the times nissan is claiming since it needs to be off to get into launch control.
