I'm hoping to not get raped too hard. I've got Milltek cats/pipes OCT hardware plus aquamist intercooler spray.. plus I snuck off to get some 100 octane.:incar:

seems most of them hit a 12 flat at 120... with a "pro" driver... so I'm hoping this 18yo kid who is going to take out his dad's gtr for a spin won't have the same skill... tho it's not like I'm a pro either.

I'm hoping for a crappy driver plus my 100 octane and upgrades to make it an even race...

wtf, 18 year old with a GT-R? He deserves to be clubbed just for that! Kidding, of course.

Sort of....

18yr + GTR = NOVICE/TROUBLE/POSSIBLE CRASH!
I think if it's not going down at somewhere like the "flats", don't take the chance. Just my 2 cents.

well there certainly wouldn't be any turns involved here. simple straight shot, prob 0-120 or something. which for him would be just around a 1/4 mile.

as it is, looks like the race has dissolved. for all his smack talk (and there was plenty), turns out his dad won't let him drive!! hehahahahaha. I remember days like those..

I pointed out to him that the car may as well be a hyundai then, if his old man won't let him take it out for 30 minutes..

You are talking a race track, right?

An 18 year old racing a 8.8s to 100 mph car = a recipe for a crash IMO.
