What do you guys think...

- Mold an analog gauge in the driver's side defroster vent (never use the vent in Florida)

- Mount digital gauge somewhere on dash

- Go for the modified RPM gauge with sweeping LED's that fits in current instrument cluster

Going to do one of these options in the next week.. can't decide!

The vent gauge is nice.
Dont think you can find one for the RS6.

head - went that route. search is always my first step :thumb:

saw the one with the pod mounted on the steering column. looks good.. but wanted to check other options. that's where the defroster vent and RPM gauge came in

My Bad.. I know Duck has us all up to speed by now :doh:was in a rush trying to find the other option. It had a step by step on making the enclosure etc.. really pretty good write up - maybe on Audiworld???
If i get a sec i'll try and find it for ya.

Check these out.. .food for thought and not all related to the 6.. but i think maybe the last one is the way i would go if i couldn't find a custom fit for the 6 vent. Get the spares from Audi and set evevrything up so you are not commited to tearing the vent out till your all done.

Let me know what ya think

Yeah - sounds like they did a few, would probably make one or two up for $- then ya just need the install.. not sure if it would be good to read though??
The install position was sweet and easy.
