35,000mi Service Cost

I recently purchased a 2003 RS6 and I'm having the 35,000 mile service performed by my local Audi dealer. He quoted me $2600.00, is that close to being correct? Just checking. Thanks

I've heard it quoted higher. Replacing the timing chain frequently on these cars is very important and it's quite an undertaking. :(

Certainly is not any cheaper than that. It sounds right to me and what other have posted for 75K service which is the same work.
