03 RS6 Driver Manual

Does anyone know where I can obtain a Drivers Manual? The dealer stated they would get one from Audi and after 4 months of excuses I am wanting to get one. Thanks in advance for the info.

I've seen them on ebay once, but you can get it from this site.
Its 10th from the bottom of the page.
