This R3 looks very similar to the VW car also sporting a mid-engined setup. Maybe they will be using the chassis?

Laugh at the R3. Theres no way. If that ever happened, Audi would be laughed at by many including myself.
That A7 pic looks pure, however.

I actually like this R3, and I am sure that this image is based of the similar VW project on a mid engined small sportscar.
The VW version will run no more than 160hp but I would reckon Audi's version will get considerably more but even then it wouldn't need that much because of the low weight.

A7 looks legit, should be nice with the real finishing touches.
R3 looks too much like a solstice...

Agree with most of you guys.
A7 a beauty with new "future" look and new details a la CLS..... but R3 looks like a child had played to much with some lego-bricks :stick:

The A7 render look like a catfish...and the R3 is hideous.
