Quick Question - A6 Sound system

Hello! I have an 2002 (redesign) A6 and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how strong (in W) is the sound system? It's not BOSE!

I'm gonna buy the new A3 with 140W of music power so I'd like to know how will that be compared to the A6...?

can't answer directly, but wattage is not the big deal, the quality is. the standard symphony 2 system basically sucks. the bose upgrade is good, the rnse better.

If it's any close to the A6, I'll take it...

BOSE is great, but a bit too expensive for me...unless it's really necessary...

Don't take this the wrong way, but would YOUR ears tell you if it is really necessary? Wouldn't YOU make that decision?

Not sure what you mean by that...here we have 3 options...

Standard - 4 speaker 40W System
C&S - 8 speaker 140W System
BOSE - 192W system if I remember correctly!

I'm gonna go to the shop tommorow and try to hear the difference :)
