Love those wheels, amazing. I'd stick Audi center caps in them.

Very similar in design to the S5 alloys.

P.S.
What's happened since I've been on holidays?

P.S. What's happened since I've been on holidays? Not much to be honnest.
Still no news about what kind of 5 cylinder will be in the TT-RS.
There are even rumours surfacing that it will be Supercharged and "NOT" Turbo charged.

The only interesting thing at the moment is the so-called 272 ps VR6 top of the range engine for the new Golf VI.
(first info/pictures 6th of August)
272 ps VR6 ? there is no volume info about it yet.
Most likely IMHO is a upgraded 250 hp/330Nm Passat 3.2 VR6 FSI engine.

There a good chance that this engine will make it into the TT3.2, where would such a car leave the TT/S?

There has been talk that when the TT/S receives the new 2.0L engine it will get a power hike, I hope so.

I'm not happy with the TT's engine line-up from the start.
200 hp 2.0TFSI FWD and old 3.2 VR6 Quattro.
Audi had never put in the old VR6 in the first place.
It would be better to put in a ± 250 hp 2.0TFSI engine in the TT Quattro and leave the 5 cylinder TFSI engine for the TTS.
Audi would sell a lot more TT Quattro's with a HP 2.0TFSI then with a old VR6.

Which is it Jarod, 272hp for one or the other or are both getting the same output?

It's all very confusing.

No, the hole VR6 part is bogus.

Oh, now I understand. Though 272hp would be a hack of a lot to put through the front wheels without a LSD of sorts. Is it possible we will see a GTI-R with awd instead.

i think the Golf VI with 272 hp will have 4Motion, the question is how wil it be named: RSI, R20T or R272.
