Great ride, but WTF with the tires? Those rubber bands are still too big. I think they should be thinner yet.......:doh:

No matter how 'neat' it may be in appearance there has to be some practicallity to things. Just try and track a ride with 20 series tires. No warning for oversteer whatsoever. Those fancy rims wouldn't last 15 minutes in many cities across North America before a pot hole consumed them.:rolleyes:

Der neue Audi RS6 begeistert die anspruchsvolle Kundschaft schon von Haus aus durch einen bärenstarken Biturbo-V10 Motor mit 5,0 l Hubraum. MTM, der Audispezialist aus Wettstetten bei Ingolstadt, hat bereits kurz nach Markteinführung schon Performance-Kits im Programm, die die Leistung des rasenden Kombis noch weiter in die Höhe schraubt.

So steigern die MTM-Ingenieure die Motorleistung elektronisch auf 666 PS bei 6.180 Umdrehungen. Bei Bedarf rennt der MTM-RS6 R auf Wunsch – die Schritte regelt MTM elektronisch - entweder 279, 290 oder 310 km/h. Das überragende Drehmoment nunmehr 785 Nm (Serie 650 Nm) beschleunigt ihn blitzartig von Null auf 100 km/h in beeindruckenden 3,9 Sekunden. Preis: 3999.- Euro.
In Vorbereitung befindet sich eine Ausbaustufe des MTM-Leistungskits, die mit gigantischen 730 PS auch die Daten der meisten Supersportwagen in den Schatten stellt. Möglich macht den weiteren Leistungssprung eine Edelstahlabgasanlage mit Klappensteuerung ab Katalysator und ein Sportluftfilter. Der 730 PS-Kit ist inklusive MTM-Garantie für 9950.- Euro zu haben.

Gestoppt wird der Express mit Hilfe der von MTM an der Vorderachse eingebauten Sechskolben-Bremsanlage mit gekörnten (=nicht durchgehend perforiert) Bremsscheiben der Dimension 405x36 mm und Monoblock-Bremssätteln.

Zurückhaltender Optik verpflichtet, ergänzt MTM das sportliche Design des RS6 nur durch eine dezente Carbonfrontspoilerlippe sowie einen Carbonheckdiffusor, die die Linienführung des Audi RS6 in einer betont eleganten Weise fortsetzen.

Abgerundet wird das exklusive Sportprogramm von MTM für den Audi RS6 durch die 21“ großen MTM bimoto-Felgen in 10,5 x 21“, die in den Finishes „shiny“ oder „diamont-cut“ erhältlich sind und die MTM auch in Verbindung mit Reifen der Größe 285/30ZR21 anbietet. Alternativ bietet MTM die bimoto-Felge auch in der neuen, geschmiedeten 20 Zoll-Variante an. Mit dem Schmiederad, das im Vergleich zu Gussrädern leichter ist, verbessern sich Agilität und Bremsverhalten des starken Kombis.

Wir bieten die Kombination aus Leistungssteigerung, geänderter Luftansaugung, Abgasanlage, Fahrwerkfedern und 21“-Rädern zum Paketpreis ab 15500.- Euro an.
