zr1 7.26.4 around ring. and, after all the effort of removing the loiability of the car and doubling the price tag, nissan can only muster maybe one second less than the zr1 then nissan loses. particularly if audi aims to be faster than both of them with a fully luxurious r8.

at 130K the nissan will be a terrible buy when another 15-20 K will buy you an R8 that is faster...

I'd have to be with you on this one. The incredible thing about the GT-R is it's fantastic price and the liveability factor. If it has neither, why would anyone get it over the V10 R8? Not me, that is for sure.

I'd be surpised if a car that's 150kg lighter and more powerful only ends up 4 seconds faster over a 7:30 lap. The weight alone will buy you at least a second a minute. In good time there will be a final time and a video on YouTube, which will then be embedded on dpccars. It's far to early to speculate.:deal:
