View Full Version : My RS6 C6 arrived...

Hey,
just picked up my new C6 yesterday at neckarsulm. Fantastic car, pics will be uploaded shortly! The ceramic brakes are insane!
While beeing there i took a tour around the facility and spotted quite some interessting cars... V12 TDI Q7, some Q5, the new S4 and the S5 cabrio/convertible. The S5 convertible is really look awesome. I talked to some people from quattro gmbh (will not disclose names) and got some in-depth information. The RS6 is planned to hit around 12.000 cars in production. Right now there are around 1600 cars sold (-+100 cars). The RS6 salon will be orderable in germany starting in late november.
As for our US guys: Its not sure wether the C6 will make it to USA, however they are working on it. Biggest problem apparently are polution regulations/concerns.
I also spotted some R8 which appeared to be stealthed V10's. Audi is planning to show this car in november/december at various car shows.
Overall it was a great day, unfortunatly i wasnt allowed to take any pictures around the tour :nono:

sounds like the paris show is going to be busy- R8 V10, RS6 sedan, S4 sedan?????? there are gloing to be three car shows in succession--- paris- late sept... tokyo- oct .............. LA- nov

Looks just fine to me. Perhaps in real life it appears to sit higher...:cheers:

its a exige 255 cup edition....pure/raw driving machine.
no radio, no esp, semi slicks, 255bhp and 930kg of pure fun :hahahehe:
beats the new RS6 upto 140km/h (and of course in corners/track).

WOW! You have great taste in cars. RS6 and Exige is a dream combination. Good looking A4 as well. I see your A4 has black optics. Why didnt you do that on the RS6?

its not a A4, its a stealthed S4 :)
mirrors are in car paint and the front has the silver grills/bars removed. also all S4 badges removed. and back has 2.0 TDI plate :lovl:
i thought about the black optics when i ordered the RS6 but i think it looks too sporty. it wouldnt have matched my stealth strategy :cool2:

Love the stealth with the S4. Was wondering abut the exhausttips, but figured you had retrofitted them. Stealth is the way to go, but I'm sorry to inform you that you will never look stealth "wearing" that Exige.. ;)

It's unbelievable ey, the C5 with it's 450 bhp was already a stealthy rocket (saw one at Düsseldorf airport today, completely missed it at first!), but the C6....it's one sleak bastard in disguise:hihi::hihi:
