I think Audi can dust of the Steppenwolf name for the small SUV.

This only applies to the US market. Nissan has no rights to Q in Europe.

Not sure about that, infinity will be introduced on the European market this year.
Further, i see Audi not using two different name's for the same car.

I'm sure that Audi will NOT market the same car under two different names (adds to the comlexity: catalogues, adverts, ...)
