d to get in touch with lee at the address that he answers. i am troy gaspard and i bought a rnse nav plus unit from him and one of the plugs has 4 probes on it instead of just the 3 like the other end does.everything on the unit is working except for the voice activation feature on the unit.i am in a wheelchair and cant move my legs.so this feature is mainly why i bought it to use and keep hands free.if anyone can help me with this problem i would appreciate it.it is at the dealer and they only need to figure out where to move the probe to get my voice recognition working and i can get my car back.lee at nsx jr or something like that is who i need to speak to or a technician who is familiar with this and can help out the technician and get it working for me.thanks for any help guys and brothers in the power of rs6.

it is a simple problem that can be solved in just a couple of seconds im sure with a technician speaking to someone who is familiar with the rnse nav plus upgrade unit being put in the 2003 rs6 and taking out the old bose unit.any help ill be appreciated.

Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't think the 2003 RS6 had voice activation? If it does, I need to figure out how to do that.

rns-e + bt module gives voice activation on certain phone related functions I believe.

i appreciate all the replies here but do any of u guys just have lee hicks phone number so that i can just give him a call and get this resolved.the dealer is thinking that the unit i bought has voice activation because another 03 rs6 had one installed recently and it has voice activation.so i just need to know from lee or another high powered installer or tech where to move this extra post in the four prong whire harness plug in.thats it and i can get my car back.thanks guys,.

I don't know of anybody who has his phone number, did you try to contact him through his website? It's been close to a week, I can't imagine that he wouldn't have replied or if you had posted on a dedicated site like navplus that people wouldn't have chimed in with thoughts.
