m3 won due to things that don't matter in the R8. Points for things like back seat and price.

you can compare all you want galore. but the actual equation ALWAYS yields to the bottom line. and the BOTTOM line is that anyone given a choice of key to any one of these cars to live with on a daily basis for the next 10 yrs would chose only ONE.
and if you had to pay for it with your own money the answer would stay the same. R8. and if you don't have that kind of money- the M3. and if you can't afford the M3, the vette. nuff said.
