Hi, my name is Liam and love this forum. Been lookin for a few months now but this is my first post.
Just got back today from a test drive of an RS6, lucky enough to get it for a couple of hours round the northumbria country roads with a couple of my mates.
Have to say it is an oustanding car. Havnt driven many cars close to this power but the most suprising thing is how easy it is to drive (and spank it round the corners!). I was worried, as some reviews had pointed out, that the weight of the car would reduce the driving experience but although you can feel the weight when braking hard, in real world terms it isnt significant.
Comin back in heavy rush hour traffic the car was a breeze to get round the town. With seats as comfy as these and sky sports news to watch when stopped i would say it was a even a pleasure!
The car does everything it is designed to do brilliantly. Best thing has to be the immense torque when over taking, but make sure your rear seat passengers have their head rests up as my mate found out.
Have incl some photos but my mate also stuck a couple of vids up on youtube. Cracking day and now only have to wait for my turn in the que!
