View Full Version : Pics from the NYC Audi RS4 run today

I went on a drive around Manhattan and Brooklyn today with I think 12 RS4 in total.

Started out in front of the American Museum of Natural History on 200 Central Park West.

We had like 11 cars parked end to end in a spot that said no parking Saturday NYC police and all of a sudden 2 cop vans, 2 motorcycle cops and some other cop cars pull up and it looked like the motorcycle cops were starting to write tickets. One guy went and talked with the lead cop and got friendly with him and he thought it was pretty neat. He ended up having one of the motorcycle cops stop traffic on the street to let us do a u turn and go right into central park instead of having to go around the block.

Parking signs in NYC are mere suggestions, we were parked here for 30 minutes with no trouble at Washington Square park.

I think it was 12 RS4 and a S4 showed up after we finished parking. I'll check for pics of the black one with black wheels, I'll also see if anyone else got some good pics of it.

I really like the looks of it..., plus it has some non OEM exhaust, Miltek maybe..., so it must be sounding fantastic! :revs:

Magnaflow, its quite cheap too, $700 only.

Avant wasn't avaliable in the US..., but Cabriolet was/is..., alltough none of them we don't see on these pic's.

Nope we didn't get any due to crash regulations. They didn't like how the battery was in the trunk with the avant since its the same compartment as the passengers.

The cabriolet is very rare, 300 total I think for the US.

I got em in 3,504 x 2,336 resolution since thats what my 1D Mark II does, say which ones in particular as I don't want to do them all again in that size

Absolutely fantastic turnout and pics!!! We were just commenting that 6 RS 6s was the most ever at any one event in the US, but 12 RS 4s is by far the biggest RS event in the USA! Thanks for sharing.:cheers:

Glad the cops were friendly, restores faith somewhat. I counted 13 RS4s and the one S4 (hope he could keep up) in the background. Great showing.

You know what, forget the email, mine doesnt like sending that much either. Here's a RAR of all of the full sized unedited photos. You may need to do some minor post processing on them such as sharpening or maybe clone stamping out some dust on the cmos sensor. And of course adjust color or exposure to your liking.

Its not the best host but its free.

You know what, forget the email, mine doesnt like sending that much either. Here's a RAR of all of the full sized unedited photos. You may need to do some minor post processing on them such as sharpening or maybe clone stamping out some dust on the cmos sensor. And of course adjust color or exposure to your liking.
