LED Tail Lights

so I tried to search but couldn't come up with anything even though I swear I've seen this before...

My question is, does anybody have experience with LED tail lights and whether it is actually legal or not? Also, how difficult is it to take out the OEM tail lights and swap with these?

I have those lights, but from a different seller (shipping was too high). It's a "OEM like" replacement and fit (be sure to set the rubber seal on the light BEFORE tightening:blush:) . It takes 4 bolts to swap. Looks like factory LED's IMHO. I love them.

Quite a bit cheaper, not LED of course but still a decent look. Anyway, wasn't a difficult install you'd say?
