Clearly it's no RS3, it's Audi's amazing efforts at diesel engines. Remember the R8 V12 TDi, but let's not forget the TT Clubsport was used to preview the TT-R ;)

Other features:
Wider track: 33mm front, 46mm rear. It also sits 36mm lower than the A3.
Front 6-piston 356mm carbon ceramic brakes.
Audi Drive Select.
Colour scheme of red is tribute the Austrian flag. This Concept will be unveiled in Austria later this month at Lake Wörther Tour. ;)

I guess that new "S" grille fits in with what Hans just said about the updated TT Clubsport Concept having the new "S" grille like recent spypics.

maybe a S3 Diesel version. audi is maybe setting high-performance diesel versions in future. the number on the side is a "S" as far as i see. so maybe we will see a RS3 diesel too ^^. but at first i want to see a normal RS3.

I said quite some time ago that Audi were working on some hi-powered diesels for future models.
We know that they are currently working on hi-powered diesel Q models first, the Q7TDi v12 being the first, followed by the Q5TDi v6Bi-turbo and then this engine will be farmed out to the rest range of the model groups.
The naming these models will be interesting. Will we see the S and RS models carrying a d for diesel after the normal description (S4d and RS4d) or will it be something totally different.
