Welcome EdV10! Beautiful S6 you have. This is Horch from Audizine, but I'm Audiphile at my home base here at rs6.com We hope to see you at the Irvine meet. It would great to see other S6 owners and their rides. We RS6(ers) are meeting early just before the Irvine Audi Anonymous meet at 1PM at the Red Robin at the Irvine Spectrum (see below):

As for those who are.... here's the address to type into your GPS/google maps/mapquest/etc for Red Robins:
83 Fortune Dr, Irvine, CA
And just to make things a bit easier, I have the below two satellite images and a bit of explanation. As Red Robins is actually within the Spectrum mall itself, you can't simply pull up and park in front. Instead, I recommend that we all park in the lot immediately in front of Barnes and Noble, marked with red arrows in the picture below.

And a bit of a close up:

Hope you can make it. Also, as per Audi Owner tradition (it's in your owner's manual), you must name your little guy. Thanks for coming to RS6.com. and welcome.

Enjoy the car! Its a great auto. I have had mine for almost 2 years now, and it has been fab. Thinking about replacing it with an '09 S6 since it looks like we are getting screwed on the new RS6 here in the States. Congrats again on the new S.

Ya, I noticed...I think they are waiting on the facelift, but who knows, seems a little weird.

Mike, you do that yourself? How long did it take?

I did it a setion at a time, still have doors and fenders to do, couple hours over all.

Was interested in the faded areas like rockerpanel and leading edge of rear fenders. Not as good as I had hoped. Had clay barred that area but not too much better.

Nice Rims! I look forward to comparing my 20" rims with your new 20" rims side by side. Now, Sunday will be cool. Also, I am very curious on the details of the fitting of your rims and tires. What is OEM style of this rims and its offsite, etc? What is your tire size? I am a bit of geek when it comes to rims and tires. Just ask DuckWing (Greg).

Audiphile... my wheels are 19x9.5 with Nitto NT555 275/35-19 all the way around. Offset is 42mm. I have to special order these wheels because they were suppose to be rear wheels application. Since mine is a quattro so i ordered all 4 rear wheels. I want the Invo tires but they only have 285/35-19.....:vgrumpy:

DuckWingDuck

Wow, 42 offset? I'm also surprised that you only went to 275 on a 9.5 width, could've gone wider, no?

The offset is actually ok. Consider that the original S6 19" Rims have an offset of 52mm. I agree, could've gone wider. Greg see you tomorrow and everyone else.
