Few remarks: not very best build quality, only two airbags, fantastic drive dynamics test results, amazing traction, probably currently the best true sportscar on the market. YES, Germans are crazy about Scud!

BMW M3 Coupe M-DKG

0-100km/h: 4.6s(manual 4.8s)
0-200km/h:16.0s(manual16.3s)

Remarks: M-DKG excellent gearbox, better suited to the chassis and engine then manual. Fuel consumption up to 1l lower despite extra 20kf of weight. M3? As M-DKG please!

Kerso, is those figures for the M-DKG not slower than before or was it another German magazine that tested the two cars (manual vs M-DKG)?

+1, Though I read it was a DSG alike somewhere...however would be nice for someone to confirm this please.

M-DKG is very similar to the new DSG which is being fitted first to the Q5, the only real difference is that the Audi one includes the Quattro system.

Apart from that I don't know the finer details which separate them. I sincerely hope that this was a poor performance M3 that was fitted with the new gearbox because that is a very small improvement for a hack of a lot of money difference.

It's really interesting to understand what this type of tranny is capable for comparing to manual one?
