Another thing, that i noticed after looking at the pisc for a second time.

The trunk spoiler looks good too.

I'm usually an Avant type (love the look and practicability)

But after the B7 RS4 sedan, this is the second sedan that i really like :heart:

Yeah I know what you mean. I guarantee these are real pics though. The rear lights are just smoked. Do you remember the pics of the blue prototype? It had smoked lights too.

I dont know if those rear lights are the real thing to be honest. If you look at the pic where it shows the side of the car you can see just the edge of the rear light that looks bigger than the ones that you see from the shots from the rear.

IMHO the tail lights are definitely a PS as the following are not and look slightly different but at the same time better and more natural looking.

Those are not real photos. Check out the wheels.
In one shot the rear rims are larger than the front, even though rear is farther in the photo. Two other photos have front rims extremely large in comparison, where the fronts are farther away.

In that case the whole car should be highlighted, given that it is not something currently existing. Also, those wheels already come in the RS6 Avant, thus not really a new part.

Now do you understand why the RS6 Avant was released first. The saloon had more visable changes to it's appearance than the Avant, especially at the rear.

I really like facelifted Sedan RS6, it looks much better than the M5 which 90% of the time looks great but sometimes a little weirdly shaped from some angles.

Audi made a good move by facelifting the Sedan then making the RS6 Sedan. BMW have just released the E90 M3 Sedan and are NOW working on a facelift for it and the regular 3 series Sedan. BMW have made the M3 look great, but the whole 3 series is a confusing identity. The Sedan and Coupe looked different, now the Sedan has the Coupe front, etc.....

Not to be a buzz kill or anything, but we are probably not going to see the RS6 sedan in the States. It could happen, but as the greenback continues to weaken against the Euro, it is looking less likely the car is coming here. Throw in the service issues and the tanking US car market, and it really doesn't make much sense, financially, for Audi AG to send the car here. They can make much more money per car elsewhere, and to sell it in the US would require the domestic dealer network to invest in training tech's, and showrooms much like the R8. Also, they would have to price the car at like 120K+, to not take a huge hit due to exchange woes and the undervalued US market. A new loaded E63 is like 95-100K. Same for a new M5. RS cars are generally more expensive then their M and AMG couterparts, but only by like 5K. MB and BMW can afford to sell their high end cars in the US for less then they do elsewhere because they sell a lot more cars in the US market and its a very important market for them. Audi does not have this benefit.

It could still happen, as I'm sure even the idiots at AoA would like to see it here, because it is great indication of what the company is capable of. Coupled with the R8, it sends a statement. I haven't given up my RS6 slot, but definately will pick up V10 R8 now. Would of course like to have both, but all signs point to no RS6 sedan for the States....... :vgrumpy:
